👩🍳 About Me
Hi, I’m Jennifer—mom of two, registered dietitian, and the creator of Simple Kids Nutrition.
As a mom, I know how tricky it can be to get kids to eat their fruits and veggies. I’ve faced the picky eating battles, the dinner table drama, and the “but I don’t like green things” phase. I get it!
As a dietitian, I also know how important healthy eating is for growing kids. That’s what inspired me to create this space—where nutrition meets real life.
My goal is to make healthy eating feel simple and doable for busy families. I want to give you the tools, ideas, and confidence to help your kids enjoy fruits and vegetables (yes—even the green ones!).
Simple Kids Nutrition is all about small steps, fun ideas, and lots of encouragement. I’m so glad you’re here!
